What to Expect in a 9D Breathwork Class
Each class runs for around 1 hour 15 mins, but set aside about 1Hr 45min and is thoughtfully designed to guide you through a unique and transformative experience:

Introduction
The session begins with an overview of 9D Breathwork, instructions on conscious connected breathing, and gentle warm-ups for the mind and body.

The Breathwork Journey
You’ll lay down, put on an eye mask, and listen through headphones to an immersive audio track. With activation breathing, guided vocal coaching, and prompts, the experience takes you on a powerful inner journey.

Closing and Reflection
The session concludes with time to gently return to the present, reflect on your experience, and journal your thoughts. You’ll leave feeling refreshed and with newfound clarity.
